Three McGonagle Johnson clients’ lawsuits against Show-Me lead to a broader story published in the Missouri Independent.

The Missouri Independent published an important story this week about three federal lawsuits filed by former residents of Show-Me Christian Youth Home.

I represent the plaintiffs in those cases. Because the litigation is pending, I’m not going to discuss the specific allegations beyond what has been publicly filed.  Show-Me has answered the complaints – denying the allegations, and has asserted affirmative defenses.  Allegations must be proven in a court of law.
